2 - Wormwood - Sweet Annie
Grow Wormwood also called Sweet Annie. Plant in a sunny location and well-drained soil. This plant doesn't like being overly wet. Wormwood is generally planted in Spring.
Sometimes called Mugwort is a woody perennial sub-shrub noted for its fragrant, silvery foliage and tolerance for poor growing conditions. Where it is widely used as an ornamental foliage plant in xeric, or low-water, landscaping. Wormwood requires minimal upkeep or care once established in a sunny site with fast-draining soil.
However, the plants will look better and live longer if watered occasionally during the summer months and pruned periodically to refresh their foliage. The plant parts that grow above the ground and the root are used to make medicine. People take Mugwort root as a “tonic” and to boost energy.
